We also automatically check this before you add an item to your basket. 
However, if you opt to pay by any other means, other than on-line (by Fax, Telephone or Post), we will give you the best information we can on the expected delivery date if items go temporarily out of stock. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Switch are only debited when your order is despatched. When paying by credit or debit card, please ensure you include a valid expiry date and if you are paying by Switch, an issue number. DELIVERY SERVICE If the items you have ordered are in stock, you should normally receive your order within four to five working days (this may be extended during busy periods). Please let us know any special delivery instructions, so that we can arrange for your order to be delivered promptly. Standard postage and packing for UK is £5.95 and for Eire is £10.00. If an item is not in stock, we will send it out to you as soon as we receive it. You will only be charged postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. EXPRESS DELIVERY If you place your order with us before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and the items are in stock, we can arrange for delivery the next working day for an additional £5 charge. This service is available for UK and Channel Islands only. OVERSEAS We welcome orders from overseas if paid for by credit card. Please add the appropriate postage charge shown on the order form or contact our Customer Services Representatives prior to placing your order. The delivery charge is valid for orders with a maximum weight of 3kg. Please allow one week for delivery to EEC destinations and two weeks to other destinations. Local import duties maybe payable on receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. VAT is not charged to non EEC customers. OUR GUARANTEE If you are not completely satisfied by a garment you may exchange it or return it for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
